Please note, Glamour Formals Return and Exchange policy is for ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY.
All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
Return policy for online orders
We offer a 3-day return policy for eligible items ordered online. Items marked as final sale are not returnable. Any order could be subject to a final sale at the discretion of Glamour Formals, some examples might be multiple dress orders or customers with a high return rate. Sale dresses, shoes, accessories, and specially ordered dresses are final sales and are not returnable. All Store Purchases are Final Sales. When ordering you may be asked for a “wear/event date". If this date is before the 3 days then your RA must be requested before that date.
We offer 2 return options for eligible online orders
• You can return your dress for online merchandise credit in the full amount (regular price returns)
• You can return your dress for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee (regular price returns)
Return requirements for online orders
• You must request a return within 3 days of the delivery of your order (this includes weekends/holidays) OR prior to your need date stated on the order, whichever is sooner
• You cannot request a return past the need date given on the order (if requested) even if it is within the 3 days.
• Dresses must be shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS only, post office returns will not be accepted. Shipping labels are not provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• The dress must be in the same condition as received with original tags attached or subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Items marked as final sale are not returnable.
• The original dress must be shipped back within 3 business days (postmarked within 3 days) from the time you are given RA#. If your need date is sooner than 3 days then it must be postmarked before then.
To complete a return, please follow these steps:
• Submit a return request here by emailing email@example.com with your order number. Once the request is approved or denied, you will receive a confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not send back your purchase until you receive this confirmation.
• Place your item back in the bag or box with your original packing slip or invoice (this may be provided via email).
• Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the return package. Your return must be in transit within 3 days of requesting your return authorization number. Items not in transit within 3 days of return request approval will be rejected.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached in order to be accepted as a return
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that your refund has been processed. Once we receive your package, it can take 5-10 business days to process your refund.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once your order is placed, you cannot change, alter, or cancel your order in any way. In the event an item in your order is not available you will be offered alternatives or the option to receive a full refund for the item. We have no control and accept no responsibility for the sizing you select for your merchandise. Please check the provided size chart to ensure correct sizing. If you need to exchange for a different size, please follow the steps in our exchange section above.
The fine print
Merchandise credit can only be used for purchasing merchandise, It cannot be used towards shipping costs. Balances on merchandise credits are not redeemable in cash. All internet orders must be handled through internet customer service, not at our brick-and-mortar location. Refunds and online merchandise credits will be issued the same day item is returned. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes. Dresses must be shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS only, post office returns will not be accepted. Anything postmarked after 3 business days an RA is given or without an RA will not be accepted. Any items postmarked after the need date on your order will be rejected. The dress must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. Any item that is not in the same condition or appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way will not be refunded or subject to a 50% restocking fee. Any returns on orders using promo codes will void the promo code.
